I have been Chief Inspector to the Fishmongers' Company in London for over 20 years and am in charge of quality control at Billingsgate market.

I am the founder and a current trustee and director of the Billingsgate Seafood Training School a charitable Company whose main aim is to raise awareness of fish to the public and in particular school children and to raise standards within the industry.
Member of several Seafish Industry Authority Advisory Groups
Member of several Government Advisory panels on fish and shellfish hygiene, labelling etc.
Member of the Chartered Institute of Environmental Health
Member of the Board of Examiners for Kings College, London
