Peter Marshall

Peter Marshall is Managing Director and founder of the IFQC Group which has companies specializing in Seafood Product Quality Certification (IFQC Certification) and Seafood Training and Technology Solutions (IFQC SMART Solutions).

Peter is a graduate of Food Science from Queens University Belfast in Ireland, an ISO 9000 lead auditor and had worked for retail, government and industry before establishing IFQC in 1997. Peter is an international expert in Seafood Quality Standards and Accreditation and in international traceability requirements and initiatives.

Peter is also a member of the Food Safety Authority of Ireland Industry Consultative Committee; a founding Partner in Global Food Excellence (Canada); a member of the GS1 Global Traceability Industry Requirements Team and a Board Member of IAFI.

IFQC are co-organisers of the World Seafood Congress 2007.
