Work Experience
Managed the inspection, and quality control of fish processing plants and fishery products of 85 processing plants in the Central region of Thailand.
Oversaw the operation of Microbiology, Chemistry and Physical Quality Laboratories.

Lead trainer on HACCP and quality control of fishery products and provide technical assistance on HACCP program development

Research development project on application of HACCP to fish processing industry, improve quality of aquaculture shrimp, controlling decomposition of tuna and tuna products, sensory quality of aquaculture shrimp.
