Graduated in Bachelor of Science in Food Technology and worked for the government of Papua New Guinea with the Competent Authority in Fisheries since year 2000. Timothy has six (6) years of food safety auditing in seafood safety management systems. He is also a thermal process specialist in seafood canning and process validation. Timothy is the coordinator of Seafood Safety Management Systems within the auditing and certification division of the competent authority called National Fisheries Authority. He is one of the certified Food Safety Auditor with RABQSA Australia.

Timothy is elected as a member of the IAFI Board representing the South Pacific region. He has special interest in assisting and ensuring seafood processors and exporters develop and implement a comprehensive Food Safety Management Systems.
