WCS 2011 – Student Poster Competition

All the posters were placed on display in the Omni-Shoreham Hotel during the Congress Welcome Reception on Sunday 2nd October and were left on display for the delegates to view during coffee and lunch breaks on the following days.

The competition was judged by an independent panel of 3 international seafood experts led by Dr Jose Fernandez Polanco of the University of Cantabria, Spain.The judging panel were very impressed by the standard of all the entries, and made their decisions based how well the entries reflected the theme of this year’s WSC; 

“Seafood + Health = Trade + Jobs”

The results of the judge’s deliberations were:
